nice job, very nice
good luck!!... super!
1st place !
very nice presentation - i love the simplicity of your layout!
probably the best solution:)
great job!!!!! beautiful renderings!.....wondering about the plausibility of the moving office wall, it seems as though everything else is nice and simple, but this would require some expensive hardware. is there a better solution for the work area?
Excellent all around.
additio, this is a great idea. it is well thought out... and it would have been great to see this earlier. i'm a fan of your office design. good luck!
sucran, thugradu, catalinb, & dasqul:
please be more specific. also look at the fair rating guidelines :) thanks!!!
how more specific you what me to be? it's a great project , good idea and work , everything is according to the briefing, if you read it , of course
so are some of the other projects that you adamantly dislike. that's why i mentioned it... no worries though :)
less is more ! and you can see this in your design! keep up the good work
such an oldish style... I agree with alexandersimple, it would have been great to see this earlier... such a long time to submit, but no new ideas. sorry, it seems just a collage, not so well done.
Why do you say that this style is oldish? can u show us something you made? not oldish... if you know the deference between oldish and modern
you can check between my favourite ideas to understand what I mean by oldish style, and particularly I think the "home office" area shows that here is an interior decorator approach, rather than an architectonic one.
I'm sorry, but we can't all agree.
All the best!
ok i understand your point of view... and it's true that we can't be all agree with one project.. one ideea ...
Good luck !
Cool render!!!! 9.
your color pallete is very welcoming. an eames lounge chair would fit perfectly in there!
very well done, excellent i might say. i would love having this as my apartment
the rating system is probably messed up, but you got my vote.
I think so too.. like your post ...
i get pissed off when i see your rating, (currently 7.0)....this submission is insane, looks really good. i have to vote you 10 just too boost you up.
great work! love it!
Great job! You've done everything needed! Good luck!
good design, perfect renderings, and a lot of work done!
only for my taste i wood like to have floor white, to make general
solution more solid.
We vote for you .
I like it!
sorry! last night i was soo tired. thank you very much for your votes!! i appreciate that
idea,design,renderings,logo process,presentation,everything & everything,perfect.
i love that the wall partition track is not exposed vertically (cover image) and is covered up by the sliding door. that is nice.
design such a perfect room under this situation and with these requests is the most fascinating job that i ever seen
thank you for your kind words!
Nice project, compliment! very good. I like your colors in the space
thank you! for renderings i use vray
wow. presentation obviously goes a long way. for someone who isn't an architect, i can really "feel" the space. you've really thought of everything. sliding walls, guest sleeping area and air quality. plus you have tons of storage for graham's kite surfing gear! really excellent.
kite surfing? i thought it was bicycle storage ;-)
i agree, though, it's a great space!
thank you spak and alexandersimple!
Nice color choices. Seen too much white on some of the others.
thank you for your comment. white is nice, but not to much, because this kind of space requires a contrast
I like that project!!!
thank you! I'm glad to hear that
Hi, Additio! Nice project! I like your floor covering very much. One thing I would change or better say simplify is the ceiling. IMO it will raise the price of this project though I like the way it looks. So I wish you good luck and all the best!
thank you for your comment! the ceiling was thought for office/guest room; living/ queen bedroom; lobby/dinning (table - Goliath, when is opened, you have light on it, when you have the bedrooms closed, but the table is opened, you have light on the table too). And you can manage the energy consumption with T.E.D. - the energy detective. you can plug it on your computer and see energy consumption.
nice idea..i like
thank you! i like that kind of challenge. to have less space and more requests.
thank you. I play with vray for more than 8 years. but i try to improve my work every time. For this project i tired to optimize render time/contest deadline.
Very compliement for your image!
nice to hear that!
I like, nice project!
i'm glad! thank you
A nice group of ideas here.
Right now it doesn't feel "Fresh" to me... I doubt it will gain this in 25 years.
But I do like a lot of what's going on here.
Hello! thank you for comment. Stone and wood it will gain. this design is about clarity and simplicity. Less is more - you have less, you can make it look more. The panals you can change it with some new materials and textures. you have accesories, you can change it.
Very convincing, superb renderings!
thank you for comment and your support!
warm, modern, well planned, lounge and office always there!!...really great, well done!
thank you! bingo, thats' the point, to have access to office and lounge.
nicelly designed appartment, nice use of colors, textures, especially since I read you are not architect. But I have small critique for this. Replicability. There is no clear idea that can be recognizable and then replicable in some other appartments without completely new project. IMO this is site specific design.
In fact i'm in the last year of study - Interior design. But i like to draw plans since i was 10 years old. Replicability can mean that the main concept can be apply in other appartments or spaces. Not just some packs with some measurements. Thank you for your comment!
This is nice but my biggest concern here is the bed. It seems so much like a temporary pull out you would sleep on at a friends house who didn't have a guest room and yet it would be the owner's own. The bed is something you would always want at the ready, or at least to not have to choose between living space and a bed, but to always be able to have both and be able to change other spaces like dining/etc. Also, where IS the second bed for guests?
I love this. Love the warmth of the colors and materials (except for the stone floors - great as a part of your concept but I'd search for another choice if this were a design for me, personally - but it's not).
I also love your renderings and most importantly, your ideas for configuring the space. Very useful. Transformative, as required by contest rules but not excessively so and not mechanical or over-complicated. This plan would probably be even more ideal for a slightly larger space but still very nice here.
Love the wood and stones combination in the shower.
Love the style and colors. One of my favorites.
OK, absolutely fantastic materials!
I love the natural transition of office space into bedroom theater setup during guestroom mode. You did not show it in your slide but I think the office space can still be used if one put that white sofa next to side of the bed.
It is simple and natural. Great job!
I was quite impressed with the visuals till I saw the Home Office...can't think Graham Hill will settle for working daily (sometimes could be long hours) in that kinda setup?
Very very good. 10 for me!
good color !Nice!
Not my style but your renderings are outstanding! All the best!
Great rendering! But i find it troublesome having to remove the books or deco on the wall every time before flipping the bed to go sleep and having to place all the books or deco back to the wall again in the morning!
hello! this is how it's work. is from resource furniture:
thank you for your comment!
Congratulations for the good project! I like it a lot, good luck :)
thank you very much!
This is a solid project additio!!! nice work!!
good luck you have done a great job!
nice render... also the project
nice render and also the project
Cosy and comfortable. Nice choice of materials. Dislike the floor. All in all - very warm.
Very thoughtful and well executed design, i dont mind the bed occupying the living space mainly due to your proposed kitchen table, which was a smart chioce so you can grab a coffee etc ; so programmatically, esp. with the two bedroom able to work independently with he rest of the apartment, it works very well .
Although the material pallet is not to my taste, this is certainly a good spacious and solid proposal that is very liveable. Hopefully this design will out shine some of the shallower proposals.
PS fake books on the underside of the bed? :)
Best of luck
With the pivoting sliding panel (and all other dividers) someone should make one with a transparent material - like glass or plastic - and put mini-venetian blinds in between 2 panes of the transparent material so that the opacity can be adjusted. (c)Rroxi : )
The space using could be more effective...
I had to remove your comment because you were publicly listing people you considered to be rating unfairly - I asked several times to send me these kinds of lists directly via private message so I could take care of that as you should not run the risk of publicly accusing "innocent" people and have that reflect badly on someone's, in this case additio's, idea.
So next time please send me a message instead of posting this publicly.
