Hope you like it, I will update soon.Cheers, Andrey.
These are great! I especially liked how you took the Japanese capsule idea for permanent - really minimizing the sleep area.
It does seem as though your dining table and sofa area are a little crowded - do they collapse into smaller form for when Graham is not entertaining?
Also, great choice in simple basic colors - not overstimulating to the eye to really understand your concept!
Thank you for your question.
You are right, the fact that the coffee table and dining table - is the same table that can be transformed. Chairs are hiding in the locker next to his desk. A place where painted dining table can be involved for anything: mini- golf, ping pong, dancing, and more.
lay the table, we find a place to dance.
I liked the project.
Hello. I think that this is interesting like that you have found different kinds of components and storage facilities. I am just finding the first image a bit confusing though. I feel that with all of the textures and the colors the floor plan is a bit difficult to read. Are planning on putting more of a description as well? I am interested to see what sustainable design aspects you are bringing to the design of this space. Looking forward to seeing more from you. : )
Thank you for your interest in my work. Later I will add a new views.
idea needs to be expanded
great idea, but I think the walls are to high!
the windowsill in the kitchen is a lot lower so generally you'd have a hole there! Also I am not sure if anyone could stand those colours :) All the best!!!
Good start! I like the concept and how it is easy to implement. I do believe, though, that your color scheme (even if it is for presentation only) needs to change for us to understand everything better. The blue is hard to read and hard not to focus on, and you may have had a problem with your textures in the renderer. A simple solution to this is to post the basic output as well.
Can we see more of your design? If you made it in SketchUp, maybe just change the "Style" to something monochromatic?
As far as the plan goes, overall it is good although I agree with szymonwit about the kitchen counter height. We'll be waiting for an update, good luck!
The concept is generally very good
i love the shoe storage solution and the differentiation of the two floor finishes. Perhaps, the step to allow storage underneath may coincide with end of wood flooring and beginning of white floor? Great space!
While you have responded to the basic programming requirements of the apartment, your design lacks harmony. You have indeed found interesting solutions to resolve issues related to limited space, however it is essential to integrate these ideas holistically and in relation to the availiable windows. You may find the modest Japanese 9 tsubo house by Makoto Masuzawa of interest the design while differing in type, ultimately deploys a simple module to derive and connect small spaces.
I further question the reality of such limited and enclosed sleeping units, while they have obvious space saving benefits, do they really provide an adult and restful environment? Beds are often quite diverse spaces after all.
Of course this is mostly subjective, but I would be interested to know what you thought especially to the latter.
Thak's for a comment.
I'm just trying to make the maximum from the minimum. (From the bungalow Hilton).
I have 2 bed: sofa bed, and a covered bed in a box.
Bed in a box has a size L 2100 x W1800 x H1300 (6'11" x 6'3" x 4'1''). I think it's more than spacious.
Color scheme please do not perceive it as such in the pictures. The fact that I visualized in AutoCAD, and lighting it a bit wrong.
