From the main kitchen to the table: food on demand


U.F.O. is the future: It is a fully automated system for food on demand. 1)Everything starts from your phone: create your menu with a dedicated application and send it to the UFO system by placing the phone on the sensor on your table . 2)In the kitchen operators fit on UFO DISC the required food that travels on a ceiling belt, like a cable car, to your table . 3) Arrived at the table, UFO descends to deliver the tray with the requested meal. 4) UFO release the requested tray and takes off again to another table or if the system is empty, toward the kitchen. UFO belt can serve a potentially infinite number of tables and people!!!! 20000 people...its just the beginning!

How does digitization & connectivity create a unique eating experience?

The smartphone becomes an interactive menu and communicates with the kitchen and so the UFO system belt, creating the most satisfying and quick meal experience ever.

What other amazing features does your concept offer?

Choice of menus before the meal, service speed, elimination queue, convenience for operators and customers, choosing the menu according to biorhythm and customer requirements by app that communicate with the system. Less food waste due to the required menu that allows operators to have an estimate of the amount of food required.

What is the core idea behind your campus food experience?

Automation and operational simplicity, eliminating the stress of getting the food and make the queue. Connection between the phone and the food station technology.
