revolutionary construction method

a modular high-rise which requires no tower-cranes to erect.  manageably sized components are stacked in a spiral from the ground up; could theoretically be erected by a team of three.  there are lateral elevators which transport components to the work area.  once the building is complete, these same elevators are used by the occupants.  the interior is contiguous etage open plan with no structural walls or stairs needed.  it is really two spirals nested between each other, so one spiral can be used as a storage/service or commercial access level.  the entire building is engineered as an active spring system, so it is impervious to earthquakes.  a seemingly simple building, yet completely unorthodox in the spirit of innovation.
