It's close to the Caslon Pro Regular cut. It did remind me of a fish in the sea so that i tried to carry this message by using different structures and color. I also tried the Q before but it was not fishy enough :)

Why »&« is this the start of creating a new type. Looking at Wikipedia I personally don't see a relation to »Danio rerio«
It's not creating a new type but an homage for a type i really like. It's totally abstract but I think it's not so hard to see a fish mhh I don't get it. Sorry.
