This sounds interesting. Do you have any more images of this to show? I would like to see more of it Did you hand carve the heart in the top corner or was it stamped?
yes i have more images to show. i had one project to do. i hand carve the heart, i tried to do letters the same but they didnt see
you should laser engrave this book from vector files. you can even do some low relief illustrations in multiple passes.
It looks handmade, and i don't feel malamaja sensivity in laser engraving, the machine souhld stay a tool, and not an inspiration, the danger is then you trend to thing a project regarding to a technology ... Technology is bullshit, you can always find a solution to it in your designs.
That made me think, pyroengraving (some hot pen that burns the wood), you might have fun with it.
i think you have not seen the process. the machine can't do anything a human didn't design first on a screen. i could probably fool you into thinking i meticulously burned a design with a hot needle.
Interesting idea, but writing with a felt pen on such a beautiful wooden page makes me shudder. Have you tried a branding iron? This would be more appropriate imo.
It is truly an adorable sonnet! I can understand why you wanted to write it down in a special way!
Maybe felt pen will bleach in time? Ink an feather would have fitted the style even better ;-)
