The "Umwelt Drill Instructor" could be a comedian, who advices the audience how to act environmental friendly and creates lessons about how to pick up trash without hurting your back and on. Maybe another lesson could be: how to carry trash to a trash box...
The constructor can be a live person on stage or also be shown in a video. I´d prefer the live character because he can be participating in the audience and make contact to people who follow his orders.
Important to me is the entertaining fact about the instructor!
