When winter arrived, a mystical whale appeared & produce a fine vodka!

Solution

There was a pool of fountain in the deep mountain of Siberia's Forest, during first 3 seasons (Spring, summer & Autumn), it is empty. Any liquid poured in, the liquid immediately vaporized without any trace. When winter arrived, a mystical mammals, looks like a tiny white whale suddenly appeared in it. Local folk called it, " Gorbat." Vodka spouting from Gorbat's blowhole, quickly filling the pool. Local folk said this pure vodka had a amazing taste with a very fine smooth texture! To them, it was the best vodka in their life. One amazing thing about the vodka from Gorbat is no matter how harsh the winter, it never hardened into ice & never lost it's great for taste! Thus, They can collect, keep & store the vodka for next year because Gorbat keep spouting & filling the pool only in the winter. When the spring came, Gorbat disappear.

What is the mystical story behind your design?

  1. During first 3 seasons (Spring, summer & Autumn), it is empty. Any liquid poured in, the liquid immediately vaporized without trace.
  2. Gorbat, a tiny white whale mystically appeared and it spouting good quality vodka the whole winter.
  3. No matter how harsh the winter is, the vodka from Gorbat still maintain it's liquid form as well as it's great flavor & smell!
  4. When the spring came, Gorbat disappear. People will need to wait until the next winter for Gorbat's amazing vodka.

Can you tell us details about the printing specifications of your design?

All rainbow colors (Dove's logo, Water spouting, water splash & water ring) in the visual, is the hologram film together with Silver, white & grey on transparent label. The bottle is blue.

The printing directly on the bottle: number of screen printing stations needed?

Blue. 1 screen printing station.

The printing of the two labels: Number of channels in offset printing, screen printing, flexo printing (special finish) and hot foil embossed printing?

4 stations on transparent label - (1) flexo white printing, (2) flexo grey printing (3) flexo silver printing and (4) hologram film printing.

The lid: number of colors needed?

3 colors. (1) blue, (2) flexo silver printing and (3) hologram printing.

Did you use images, graphics, fonts etc – not originally created by you? Did you get very closely inspired from a source? That’s fine as long as you share that source-links.

The font used is Nyala. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nyala_(typeface). The blue whale is from: http://www.supercoloring.com/coloring-pages/mammals/whales/blue-whale. The rest of the visual, i created myself.
