Solution

I was inspired by the old maps made by the cartographers of past civilizations, particularly of the regions of the world that they knew little about, like the great northern hemisphere and the north pole. And using that to serve as a background texture and framing design to place the logo type of Wodka Gorbatschow.

What is the mystical story behind your design?

The early cartographers only had vague information about regions of the world that had not been explored and little was known about. So the maps and charts they created had a sense of mystery and mystique about them.

Can you tell us details about the printing specifications of your design?

Four color printing. Hot foil stamp in gold.

The printing directly on the bottle: number of screen printing stations needed?

Simple gradient on the bottle. One station.

The printing of the two labels: Number of channels in offset printing, screen printing, flexo printing (special finish) and hot foil embossed printing?

Four color printing . Spot varnish

The lid: number of colors needed?

Four color printing . Spot varnish

Did you use images, graphics, fonts etc – not originally created by you? Did you get very closely inspired from a source? That’s fine as long as you share that source-links.
