Solution

The ice sheet—land ice—that covers most of Antarctica is melting at the rate of about 159 billion tons every year in recent years. This info was the inspiration of this idea...The icy spirit of Antarctica should live for ever into the Vodkas bottle like genies. The idea was to create a snow storm looking like a human face with shoulders and be the spirit in the bottle. The snowstorms want's to express the angry feeling that Antarctica will no longer exists in some years and the spirit express its feelings in this way..But everyone will be able to remember and have the feeling of Antarctica by drinking Vodka.

A spirit of snowstorm expresses its feelings by creating a snowstorm in Antarctica.
