Rice waste bio composites are a high performance fiber composite derived from a revolutionary green technology. Rice waste is unique relative to other cereal straws in being high in lignin and high in silica. Rice waste which is field crop residues represent a potential valuable source of fiber which could be used as a direct substitution in the manufacture of polymer based composite.The proprietary rice waste bio polymer technology involves a method of refining, blending and compounding natural fibres from cellulosic waste streams to form a high strength fibre composite material in a polymer matrix.


The core rice waste technology developed and refined through the years promises to ease pressures on our forests and trees by delivering an optimum and viable wood alternative acceptable for mass applications and integration into industry. This proprietary technology additionally offers an ideal solution to global problems of wood waste disposal and its management thereof. It does so by consuming these negative value wood waste or such other cellulosic waste streams as raw material and converting them into assets of useful end products. The designated base raw materials used in this instance are those of either virgin or waste thermoplastics and various categories of cellulosic waste including rice husk, rice straw, sugarcane bagasse, sawdust and empty fruit bunch (EFB).
