Flooring made from formed/curved flexible plywood sheets which is once again sandwiched together and cut sideways to form flooring panels.. Different s(spline) lines are formed depending on the curve decided and different tile patterns and combinations are possible based on type of wood from which the plywood is made.. Can vary the thickness of the plywood being sandwiched . Can be square cut also to create tiles of random curves.. Rectangular narrow and wide tiles also possible Any flexible plywood will do. Use sustainable wood plywood

Process 
First form flexible plywood to desired shape. 
Then sandwich together these plywood sheets. Use assorted plywood sheets made from different woods or stain them before forming. Then cut them sideways to get curved panels.or square panels and curved lines
Seal the top of the curved plywood floor with suitable wear resistant coatings and layers.

Creates tiles with s line curves both in shape and inside lines.. Wood grains are straight. Now u have curved and spline shaped grains forming elegant color combinations and patterns. U Can have innumerable color and finish combinations within each tile.
