The idea is the logo of the window (that would be easily related to computers) and the world. The orange shape of the earth is presented with heavy lines that cross each other as to show borders/conflicts/ i.e. something that is not smooth, and is positioned inside the rectangular shape that brings to mind a computer screen (for those with great imagination).
