If a society and an ideal democracy is to be build on the principle - the people matter and people oppinions matter; then we should consider everyone like an equal piece of the "game". At any point the whole thing can collapse and everyone can lose, if we dont take in account everyones voice. Is just a matter of making the right decisions.
