As citizens, we had trusted that democracy can be sustained only by elections and votes. But today we know that voting is not enough to guarantee satisfaction of all our needs. We therefore propose a campaign to sensitize voters toward building a participatory democracy, showing them that voting is not enough and it is necessary to speak out.
The solution we offer uses the metaphor of the voice as the epitome of radical democratic exercise. As citizens we must speak out to those who are now our representatives in order that them listen to us and let us get into the construction of public decisions that will impact us all.
