The idea is to promote knowledge and discussion of the Binding Popular Initiative with a view to persuading the majority to support it so that it will eventually become law. Thus it will be one of the checks and balances that will result in governments that are truly representative of the will of the majority of its people. My idea would do this by emphasising the positive aspects of using the Binding Popular Initiative as part of government decision-making. I have tried to do this in a visually attractive and striking way evoking the conversation that needs to happen throughout the country.
