I propose a distinctive and innovative kind of restaurant that is a simple structural solution; deconstructing the program into intense areas of activities, emphasizing discoveries for restaurant guests.

The restaurant acts not as a threat to our own identity, rather as an invitation to broaden  our own sense of identity and stability.  The restaurant can be seen to encourage conflict over synthesis, fragmentation over unity, play over careful management.

The spaces are treated as connected volumes which interpenetrate each other so that the areas can communicate from one space to another. Each has a different character, light, colour, volume, surface and scale and although visually connected, they may all be secured separately.  Structural form is bare, simple, busy and directional in character.
