Each Time The Guests want to eat in an Hotel Restaurant they want to experience a different atmosphere. The Public breakfast, The more private business lunch and the private dinner in the evening.

In the same room this expectations can only be fulfilled if you understand the room and the furniture as a living creature that changes throughout the day. The petals of flowers react in correspondance to their environment. They open and close according to the time of the day and the light.

This circuit will be transferred to the hotel restaurant. The petal are wide opened in the morning. They are closed a little  during the noon and the lunch. In the evening for dinner, the petals will be closed around the tables creating a private atmosphere.
