A vertical restaurant with dynamic platforms. An array of tables is set on different levels each capable of re-arranging their position to achieve new functions as they interact with the rest.

Solution

Vertical and horizontal movement is possible due to the structural system allowing combinations of one, two or three platforms according to need. The overall purpose of the layout is to achieve height to ensure visibility of the kitchen which becomes the center of attention. So what happens when you marry a theatre with a restaurant? The kitchen becomes the star.
