Hotel and spa for all! The building is located at the once abandoned pier 58, where presently only pilings can be seen emerging from the Hudson River at low tide. Pier 58 celebrates the public pool access as a social spa, where one can take a dip, have a drink, and then stay the night in a private room on the pier. Utilizing the existing space of a once used pier, the project amphibiously connects yachting against the Manhattan skyline to a neighborhood that is also revitalizing the industrial character of the Meat Packing/High Line district.

The location is great. The sea view can bringto the hotel both guests and citizen.
i love this idea...its probably my fav and mainly because its by the river. great work!
when it comes to piers, sometimes it's good to have a large, wide pier, and one that has some reach. So the river knows its there. Despite the very clever pier power generators, that Port Resorts seams a little compact, asking the hudson river wanting more.
