Bird, both the life part of  the locals and the great attraction to the travelers, is the intersection of interest for either kind of  group.With the influence of bird, two group of people need a space to meet and communicate with each other.The main bird watching areas of Manhattan are the central park and some other parks.The huge difference between the natural environment and the heavy city background inspire us to add the bird watching activity--one of the main activities in the parks--into city life.

Based on the limits of flight distance of birds in the city,a gap among the blocks is found.So we want to creat a  bird wathing space.
