A Worldwide organization working basically with kids, that will gather all kinds of artistical manifestations on a yearly published "book" that will become eventually the "written record" of mankind relating with the planet. I call it book, but it really isn´t. I´ll be like a wooden case from where natural elements will be sticking out. Please read the description for all the great fun-loving details of the process of the making of the book. All my heart goes with this one...

I feel this is like a little seed that I have delivered for all humanity to consider, maybe it could be done simultaneouly with other groups working for different causes in different parts of the world, and then the "book" will become a compilation of books.. wow, it really can expand to infinity.. :)

it´s true about reading books, I expect this project will wake that aspect back, although the final product it´s not really A book, like the concept we´re use to.. it´ll be a dynamic thing.. and yes, you´re absolutely right about the lack of visuals.. that´s why I wanted to ask for some help.. look, Im an ´old school´ guy, Im a poet and a storyteller, a screenwriter for theater and cinema, basically a writer, and this technology ´thing´ is new for me.. Im an ecuadorian and Im use to do another kind of work.. the help I wanted is: can you help me with some names of programs I can start to study and learn how to use them? but like a ´for dummies´ thing, some program that wont take me too long to learn? I want to do some works with pictures, I have a lot of ideas but I feel frustrated cause I dont know to express them.. :(
I also have examples of the kind of stories or poems the "book" would include, but they´re in spanish, is it ok to upload them like that? they´re quite hard to translate cause they use the waorani language at some points..
So beautiful and tender project!!! Also I appreciate the interaction, personally for me it's very important. And the thing it's a long term project(not just single action) is perfect. I want to believe that someday this project will be realized.

I seriously believe the only way mankind can start to develop a healthier relationship with the planet is through children... older people don´t change their mental mechanisms, we need to work with the new generations to achieve results... I hope this projects materializes someday... AND IT WILL, IM SURE OF IT.. :)
nice idea - i hope this develops somehwere! This could be a nice artwork, like a timecapsule documenting the status of the indigenous folks living in rainforest areas throughout the world. There should also be a digital version of it. What a nice idea... I hope someone executes this!
Thanks Texastee... I see it as a way to make a huge change but while having fun, I think kids will love that.. THe only problem is the lack of visuals, but Im determined to learn, be it on my own or whatever it takes.. now I feel a responsability of taking this project ahead.. :) Thanks for your support!!
