About the project

Challenge

A world-renowned and trusted homecare and laundry company aims to find a way to re-educate and re-engage their consumers with their liquid fabric softener product throughout the washing journey.

Approach

jovoto curated six diverse creatives with backgrounds in product design and communication from five different countries and invited them to explore ways to re-educate their consumers on the ideal way to use their liquid fabric softener and improve the ease of use as well.

Outcome

The creative team came up with a total of 18 ideas. The creatives on the jovoto platform managed to come up with innovative ways to educate the consumers with the proper communication on the packaging and ideas to improve the product design to make it easier to use. Finally,  the ideas were delivered to the client for further steps.
