The pieces of the chess board game, are easy to produce from secondary aluminium because, the material can be laminated into aluminium sheets 0.25-.4mm thickness and than rolled into cones. Having the same starting shape for all the 16 pieces - a cone - than the individuals pieces are laser cut to make one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns for each set.
Everybody enjoys a chess game from time to time .. and I believe this product is a fun, innovative and classy one. My design is bold because I created some unusual shapes for the pieces. But if you think that they all relate from a starting shape of a cone, than you may find my design innovative !
