Solution

Don't you have those days when you just want to stay on your couch, get a cup of Nespresso and just read! Re-LAP is your assistant right next you when you need it. It consists of a cushioned base that will easily fit under your couch seat, a platform, couple of lightweight docker and extender blocks, that easily fit together by multiple ball-socket joints. Adjust the height or length with the detachable extenders and move it at any angle that you want with the multiple degrees of freedom provided by the ball joints. There's no need of worrying about falling asleep and your device falling on your face. Want to move to the bed, just take your Re-LAP with you and put against the wall and work on your projects as long as you want. Need a place to keep your coffee/snacks, Re-LAP can also be used a temporary mini table. It also comes with an adjustable chest strap and a travel size platform (5"); which allows you grab on to the train/bus standees (grab handles) while you try to finish your exciting novel. A unique way to give a Second Life for your coffee pods for your comfort!

Its a unique and useful idea that will help improve Nespresso's goal to create a long-lasting relationship customers. The product is a positive solution to one of daily struggle that I have personally faced and seen other people face. The creative design allows customers to enjoy their book/project/coffee while relaxing at home or in an airport where you can't find a table.

This product is the perfect solution for anyone who uses a smart phone, tablets or reads books. If you have a long commute on a bus or a train, it still helps you on your way. Any age group will have a beneficial use for this product.

Why is secondary aluminum the perfect material for your idea?

Given that you want this product to be lightweight and sturdy at the same time, recycled aluminum becomes the perfect go to material. It gives your the strength required to hold moderately heave multimedia devices and the design allows it to be lightweight. The Ball-Socket joints are easy to make by molding secondary aluminum in the right shape and size, give your flexibility, with keeping some rigidity to the platform.
