Here's what happened

Challenge

One of Europe's best-known plant-based food brands is looking to jovoto to develop a unique, distinctive, and impactful communication campaign. This challenge is more focused on evolutionary designs.

Approach

For this two-phased project, jovoto curated 14 diverse creatives with a background in communication and brand design from seven different countries and invited them to come up with different communication routes, in phase one. The creatives were given loads of freedom with their ideas, as long as they develop a storyboard idea for a short clip that translates the brand's slogan and how it translates the brand's main communication focus. In the second phase, two of the creatives from phase one were tasked to continue working on their ideas by further refining their storyline to a 10-15 second clip, a short version of their storyboard and a key visual of their messaging.

Outcome

The creative team came up with a total of five ideas, with some being very bold for the brand, others are simply on match with the brand and how they want to communicate themselves to their consumers. The client is taking the ideas to further evaluate and develop their communication strategy.
