A leading specialty chemicals company, which is active in over 100 countries has a new division focusing on Animal Nutrition and Precision Livestock Farming. They have developed a science-based-system-solutions that provides a holistic approach for livestock production combining products and services backed with high-value consultancy and deep customer understanding and is now looking for holistic communication design routes with key visuals.
In the first phase of this two-phase approach, jovoto curated ten diverse creatives with a background in communication and brand design from eight different countries and invited them to come up with different communication routes that would elevate the topic and grab attention in a strong, durable and multi-functional way. The creatives main task was to develop a strong graphic device (mnemonic) CONCEPT that the brand can own and will become instantaneously recognisable as the hallmark of the trusted, science-based System Solutions around the world.
Following the first phase, three of the creatives were tasked with transforming their initial “inspiration” concept into “execution” concepts that can be considered for the brand’s website, brochures, trade exhibitions and other communication formats.
The creative team came up with a total of five ideas. The creatives bewondered us with their speed, quality, and freshness of the refined ideas. There was industry-specific knowledge and heaps of consumer research conducted by the creatives that contributed to a whole set of great communication routes. The spark ideas were evaluated by the client and their top three choices moved on to the second phase for further development.
