The Sparda – Bank bench, is designed in modules in order to make its construction more economical, regular and simple; But also because physically and metaphorically, the module is part of a system that connects with the rest of the components to form a whole.
Genesis of the module: The shape of the module is born from the geometry of the petal of the cornflower (Centaurea cyanus), National flower of Germany. The idea is for the Sparda - Bank bench to acquire the defined Core assets.
The Sparda – Bank bench, is understood as the union of several elements that are linked to each other, each fulfilling a task to achieve a common goal.
As well as the bank that worked together with its clients in a cooperative way to achieve a common goal.
The number seven, culturally, is recognized globally. Different cultures have in number seven a kind of magic or sacred number. The idea is that the Sparda - Bank bench, be part of these many cultural symbols related to this special meaning. Seven days a week, seven major musical notes, seven colors in the rainbow, seven seas, Seven Wonders of the World, seven modules that make up the Sparda – Bank bench. The Core assets described in the brief are 6 and I wanted to add one more, connectivity.
The modules will be manufactured by extrusion - blown with high density polyethylene (they are light and resistant to both mechanical stresses and indoor and outdoor climate changes, easy to transport and assemble). The joints between the modules that work together will be manufactured with ultra-strong Velcro fastening straps (VELCRO®) (optimum fixation and flexibility). Some modules will have neodymium magnets that allow them to be connected to each other in a secure, strong and stable way.
Yes. The Sparda - Bank bench, can be assembled and dismounted countless times and easily transported to various places.
