A caregiver's job is very difficult and exhausting both physically and mentally, sometimes after a long day everything that a caregiver wishes for is, just to take a break, to just disconnect from the daily live his/her is currently living, but most of the time this simple desire can't be granted because there is no one that would be suited or available to take the caregiver's place for some hours or even a week. A solution for this problem could come from volunteering, more exactly a campaign about caregiving could be created by TEVA pharmacies, the campaign can focus on informing people about the hardships of caregiving and what they can do to help caregivers. TEVA can create an online website were any volunteer and caregiver can complete a form in which they can specify his/her name, age, phone number and a summary about themselves and what is their motivation to help a caregiver, also they can specify what kind of help they want to offer( cleaning the house, help with bathing, stay a hole day to help etc.). The same kind of form can be completed by a caregiver in which they can specify their name, age, phone number and things that they need help with or/and for what reason they need an assistant( to replace them for a day, to help with hygiene or just to talk with someone). This way caregivers can receive help and they can really see that there struggle is appreciated, in the same time people can learn more about what means to be a caregiver from experiencing themselves and they can contribute to making this world a better place by helping those in need. In every TEVA pharmacies people who want to become a ''caregiver's assistant'' and also caregivers should have the option to complete a form with paper and a pencil, after that the pharmacist can scan the forms and put them on the website for someone to see and call them( this is an alternative for people that don't know how to use the internet, someone on the site can call them after seeing the form.
