I propose a system that is able to provide activities proposals that suit the taste of the caregiver and are also easy for the patient. You provide simple information, as your location and the patient’s situation and Teva Memories will suggest activities. Whether you want to stay indoors and invite some relatives, it will suggest you games, movies, meal plans that are easy to provide according to the patient’s dietary needs and much more. If you are up for something outdoors, it will help you find something fun near you, provide help with transportation and check for some discounts. You take pictures and videos that you can store in your account. They will help you remember the good times, even when your patient is no longer with you. Teva Memories will adapt to your choices and will learn to give better suggestions in the future.
Describe a caregiver situation that you were/are involved in.
We had some family loss recently. As a family we all had to be involved somehow in taking care, so it was a shared task. After my grandmother passed we started remembering all the good times and we all wished we had done more together, and have more memories, photos and videos.
Explain the caregiver problem that resulted for you and/or other caregiver(s).
Most caregivers are family members. Whether it’s about a dyeing member of the family, or someone that needs long term care, they tend to put their life on pause. Because of that, frustration, tiredness and even depression occur.
Describe your caregiver solution that would provide assistance or relief to the problem of the caregiver.
Teva Memories helps the caregiver view this period in his life as a time for memories not a time when he or she is stuck indoors without anything to do. And afterwards it helps them cope with the loss by knowing they spent this last period in their loved one's life well.
