Solution is to create a super power wireless horizontal transmitter which is dedicated only for the horizontal height surfaces and doesn't affect at all the living area located at low heights. From this wireless horizontal transmitter, energy is accumulated in large batteries by the the high capacitors vertical rays receivers.

The magnetic energy is transformed and pushed forward in different horizontal layers by a super power wireless horizontal transmitter. 3).
