Existing building

outsourced from the existing building. This generates multifunctional
space that can be used for versatile social activities, info-spots,
car-sharing etc, in short: urban life.
The image of ”total” will be upgraded by
the element “culture”.
“total” boosts the acceptance and the
usage of the new E-mobility.
A revegetated area, a new outside atmosphere
will embed the petrol station into urban life.
New petrol station
The petrol station is the architectural
translation of the distinctive “total” logo.
It is a wooden construction that could also be
covered with plants and grass as a vertical garden.
The roof evolves from the building construction
or could be an independent element.
Due to the urban layout context the dimensions
are kept rather small – thus giving space to the sculpture and to
the created new functions for the district.
Ready for new technologies
In future electric power will play an important
role. For this long time parking spots will be offered. The round
shape of the petrol station makes it possible to park and recharge
without interference.
