In days gone by, "full service" ruled the service station landscape. Drivers would pull in, hand cash to a cheerful attendant who, as their car was filling up, would check their oil, tire pressure, and radiator. Drivers became faithful to certain service stations because of just that -- the service they received. With Total Éveil, we're bringing back "full service" while redefining it into an industry standard for the future.
What name are you giving your service station concept?
We have chosen to name our concept Éveil. Éveil is a french word meaning "Awakening", and is often used to describe nature in the spring as things are born and blossom. Relevant to the station itself, Éveil embodies the reawakening of the body, mind, and soul (and vehicle) through rest, relaxation, and recharging. It is also relevant in our view of the necessary changes needed for service stations moving forward. We must re-awaken the notion of full service as the modern station struggles.
What makes your service station unique?
Our service station combines the use of RFID technology and full-services gas station attendants in a never-before-done, innovative way in an effort to deliver levels of attentive customer service unheard of on the service station landscape.
Which services does your service station offer?
Our service station offers a bevy of services that combine to set the standard for customer service at service stations for now and for the future, the core of which are our TotalService, Total Mobile, and TotalConcierge service concepts which, when used independently or in tandem, are able to address just about any need of a service station customer.
