The corrupt should be seen as vampires who suck the vital energy of societies, preventing them from evolving at the pace they were meant to. The black tie vampires, have an expression of agony and distaste for being threatened by this campaign. Vampires with both a diabolical and an agonized expression, show that they must be tackled and eliminated.

The black background represents the habitat of the corrupt, who lives in the shadows. The red tie, teeth and eyes / horns are associated.
