I would try to make it more authentic like on that Full Metal Jacket poster. More illustrative and with the gun rounds.

yes ok full metal jacket, but the first point is the living card with the triple eight logo. In reality there was the death card aces (pik) on the helmet. http://www.psywarrior.com/DeathCardsAce.html
