No matter what colour we are, we all deserve happiness.

Solution

The colour of the skin or the place of birth is not important. All children deserve to be happy, healthy and secured. They, themselves, don't decide to be born, we do. So creating a peaceful, safe and healthy invironment for them to grow is our responsibility.
