I wish for all children to find love, joy and play, even in something as simple as a snowflake.

Solution

Every child deserves what the holidays represent: love, joy and play. I wanted my artwork to represent the hope that all the children of the world, no matter their background or situation, can find love, joy and play even in the simple things this holiday season. I chose to convey this idea by taking snowflakes, and looking beyond their immediate appearance to see how their forms can suggest children celebrating the holidays through play, love and friendship.
