Solution

All the elements of the old railway bridge are reused in a new composition transformed into two separate towers on different locations. The first two main elements and three smaller elements are used to create a landmark in the new cultural area with a multi purpose pavilion and additional programs. The other main elements is used in the recreational area as a watchtower. Both bridges have additional programs like a bar, mini restaurant, museum and exhibition areas.

What is the public function of your concept?

Recreational area with a watchtower containing a viewing platform, bar and small museum. Cultural center containing the tower bridge landmark with a bar-restaurant, museum and exhibition area. The whole area is used as a cultural area with a big multi purpose pavilion and additional cultural program in a green environment.

How are the parts of the old railway bridge visible in your concept?

The parts are almost untouched used in a different composition. The watchtower uses one main part positioned vertically. The bridge tower uses two main parts positioned vertically and three smaller parts horizontally in the center.
