This park currently suffers from lack of definition. The goal of this pavilion is to define various areas that can be used for different functions: from a wedding reception to simply communing with nature. The original bridge trusses are split in the middle and arranged around a fountain. The fountain and the conch shell shape recall the original connection with the water. Canvas is stretched between trusses to provide shade. Some areas are turf and some areas area decomposed granite.
Solution
What is the name of your concept?
Spiral Pavilion
Which of the three suggested areas are you choosing for your concept? (the Donaulände public park, the port area or the mouth of Traun River)?
Donaulälande Park
What is the public function of your concept?
Any use that is normally done in a park. The environment is enriched and enlivened by the insertion of the truss elements and the fountain. Some areas focus on landscaping and plant materials, some areas are geared more to walking, sitting, skateboarding and recreation. The trusses will be used in their original form: they have been simplified for the sake of the renderings. The spokes focus your attention to the center, but they also make a connection outward to the various parts of the city.
How are the parts of the old railway bridge visible in your concept?
The bow trusses are split at the center and arranged around a fountain. They are cantilevered out of low concrete walls that double as seats.

Using the "Fibonacci spiral" is something that must be done. By default the bridge is completely made with different proportions, so it's a logical ending conception. Maybe you could add a walking lane to bridge's parts. When I create a museum exposition, this kind of composition puts something little and exquisite in the center, so everybody walks there. Your work gives me similar associations. It's a pity that the bridge doesn't have an animal, just like Lion's bridge (or else). It would be a perfect center for a perfect composition. And one more thing - it would be best for the fountain or whatever is placed in that strong point to glow or shine at night. Maybe a light pointing at the sky, something that reminds of Eternal Fire or else. I see big idea and nice logic in your work, so I want to share my suggestions and my admiration as well!
Thank you for the excellent suggestions, Mariya! The inspiration for this idea came to me yesterday and I had to scramble to document it. The differing proportions of the bridge relating to the differing proportions of the spiral is an acute observation that did not occur to me until you mentioned it. The dancing light emanating from the fountain at night due to the motion of the water will add animation and interest at the center. "Eternal Fire" is a lovely association!
Almost like a Versailles pavilion, the structure could be used for vegetation.

maybe you could show also view outside the pavilion from human perspective. I think it would be quite important
