It's funny and "bold"!
but I would try an illustrated finger. That would make it a bit more friendly. At least the design, not the message ;)
I will go on with that and develop the idea - thanks for your input!
Well, yes: the message is clear but this print may also be useful to make a statement in frustrtaing situations - just show the knife ;-D
but of course, I went for the other message: look what this tool is for!
I agree with Dora :-)
yes may this is a good solution
autsch! - for those who like this I recommend Roald Dahl's Kiss-Kiss stories:
Bear in mind the non-violance mandatory.
Do you really think this has a violent touch?
I think it´s rather humoristic because it´s ambiguity ;-)
thanks for the link - can you recommend reading the book?
yes - I agree wit Janne. Chopped of parts of bodies ARE creepy.
Remember how the "blue velvet" film starts? ... see.
There is one story of Roald Dahl where a guy cannot pay his dept - and has to pay it back by chopping of one finger after the other.. I did not like the story - if I would I would probably also like your proposal ;-)
To be honest, my intention was to print on the product what the tools are meant for: manicure/nails. But I also liked the double-meaning of the motif: if somebody annoys you, just show him the knife ;-)
But I see what you, Janne and the others mean, that´s a point of course - although I personally like the "creepy" touch too as long the design is appealing. But I´m a "Sopranos"-Fan, that may have influenced me ;-D
This is just too creepy. I wish I had thought of it!
Creepy good or creepy bad? ;-)
hey the idea is good, because the most girls would use the tool for the nails. I like the real finger (but it is me and I am strange....) So what if you just show a extra loooong nail.
Thanks kaptn! Glad I´m not that alone with it ;-D
Oooh, how creepy. I don´t want to hide a cropped finger in my handbag. :O Sorry - I like your idea behind, but the realistic look makes me shudder. Please try Dora´s suggestion with an illustrated version!
Haha - o.k., I will try I promise!
The idea is strange, when we will see it. I apologize for my bad English
should be just great with a big ring on the finger and illustrated finger instead of photo. Great nail design!
i agree with dora..illustration are cooler ;)
I also had a similar idea but haven't found time to actually do it... i imagined it to be less creepy :D but i still think this is a great idea ! :D
ehmmmm. I really want to say this: The idea is weird, really really weird. It catch my attention, not sure if in the best way... it creeps me out. I'm having a good laugh. And no, this is NOT a negative comment. Thank you for daring to show this thing.
you are crazy. I like it.
:-D it was worth it as long as one had a good laugh! :-D
you could sell it to the Yakuza mob ;)
gross! nice idea though!
Guys, I honestly thought about your objections concerning this idea...
Inspired by perrocontodo I try a new strategy so hear my message to all of you:
re-think your negative "that´s creepy" comments otherwise I will find out where you live and go crop your fingers!
Your brutal ;-)
this is my eleventh finger! great! :)
Yes! But don´t poke your nose with this ;-D
