No need a great description. a rainbow and some white light, over blue background.
The light spectrum plus white color over dark blue background, in not homogeneous alternating lines.
The rainbow resulting from the refraction of light, and includes a line of white light. The background is dark. But in my opinion it have better contrast with blue color than pure black.
Not in this case.
