Hi, I´m Gabriela from Mexico I did this design in memory of Barry , the most famous rescue dog in Switzerland. He saved the lives of more than 40 people. I think the philosophy of the brand is the same as the mission of the rescue dogs, help people.
The principal side of the knife shows a rescue dog and The Matterhorn mountain and the legend Barry dog, the second side shows many dog footprints and the shape of a dog with some mountains in the bottom.
This desing was made in memory of the most famous dog in Switzerland, Barry, he saved more than 40 lives during his lifetime.
Barry lived at the hospice from 1800 until 1812 and was doubtless the most famous of all the dogs who ever provided rescue services on the pass. He saved the lives of more than 40 people. The many legends surrounding his name greatly contributed to the Saint Bernard’s good reputation. As a result, there is always a dog called Barry at the hospice.
