Solution

This design is made up of a set of 9 unique tiles which were created using the Victorinox shield logo. The tiles are arranged in a patchwork to form a striking monochrome repeat pattern.

What is the story behind your design?

The Victorinox shield logo is such an iconic part of the brand I thought it important to use it as the core element of my design, but I wanted it's use to be subtle. Inspired by the interiors trend for mix and match patchwork tiling I used the shield in various formations to create 9 tiles. I then used these tiles to design the final patchwork repeat. As the design is so detailed I kept the colour palette to a simple stylish monochrome.
The central shield logo shines in metallic gold.

Is there a connection between your design and the Victorinox brand?

The design is made entirely of elements from the Victorinox shield logo.
