What is the story behind your design?

i love to experience nature and reminisce about these adventures. Especially while diving i have seen wonderful underwater worlds - different plants, animals and fish one of a kind and their living in coexistence to one another seem to be from a different planet. Interacting peacefully within these surroundings is a adventure for me.

Is there a connection between your design and the Victorinox brand?

Victorinox started as a small brand and nowadays almost everybody knows these special knifes. Water Lilies are also very special flowers for me - one of a kind! Their first steps while growing towards the sunlight takes some time! Once they reach the water surface they flourish in beautiful colors. The colors of the growing water lily(underwater view on the backside) and the victorinox-logo (top view on the frontside) are the same, which stands symbolic for this analogy.
