What is the story behind your design?

This illustration is derived from a golden plate, exhibited in the National Museum of Iran, which narrates a story of hunting and fishing where a mythical creature protects the animals. This goat-eagle-fish combination is just one of numerous compound creatures found in various monuments of ancient Persia.

Is there a connection between your design and the Victorinox brand?

Victorinox pocket knife appears to me as a protective tool for people in trouble or danger. The mythical creature is a bridge between far past and future showing the gaurdians of human beings.
