The grey pelican.

What story does your design tell?

My design tells the story of a morning pelican with urban habits: the necessity of coffee aroma in the morning, the fashionable holding of a paper at the back, the colorful glasses(maybe his sight is good but the glasses are in fashion:). My pelican is a serious pretender for the start of the day.

What style did you choose for your design and why?

This design is quite straight forward - I wanted the viewer to feel familiarity with the pelican. In love with nature but also with our urban habits, we love to see in our mind urban and nature coming together...maybe that's what I have tried to present in this design.

Hi, I am Codruta and I am from Romania. I have been a logo designer for almost three years. This is my third design posted on Jovoto and I hope so much it will win. I love Victorinox contests and I dream that one day I would receive a knife with my design printed on it. That would be so awesome!!!
