I chose fishes swimming in a swarm. I think, it is fascinating how such a sum of individuals is able to move exact and coordinated in dynamic, beautiful patterns.
A swarm stands for the strength of many, its a sign of cooperation and togetherness.
It combines the pattern a swarm creates with the shape and the logo of the Victorinox Knife. At first sight its a pattern, at second one recognizes the single fishes creating the structure with the Victorinox Logo in the center.
I drew a fish and worked on the pattern in different graphic programms. In this case I wanted to work with the existing color range of the Victorinox knifes cases and design a monochrome pattern to be printed directly on one of those tones.
