Owls are considered to be very wise. Its also very wise to own a swiss knife.

Solution

The shape of an owl fits perfectly into the shape of a swiss knife. Owls can turn their head almost 360 degrees, thats why the owl is always looking from the front and from the back. Also it looks like the owl is sitting on the tooth pick respectively the tweezers.

An old owl because its the symbol of wisdom.
