Es un perro auténtico Mexicano desde la era Prehispánica, me atrajo representar este animal porque en cierta forma representa a mí país México desde su Historia ancestral. Lo plasmo con una técnica similar a la que usan nuestros artesanos que pintan los "alebrijes" ,una artesanía iconica de nuestro arte mexicano.
