I saw so many ideas which were great and their authors represent unique picture of animals with great details and skills. Of course, I wanted to do something unique too. I got some good ideas but someone already did similar. So I made something else. I don't represent my idea. I represent the vision of my little son. We sit together and browsed through his drawings from the kinder garden. I touched them just a little and tried to keep them as real as possible. And now you can see the result There are many more and we are ready for the next challenge. Especially if it's called "Victorinox Monster 2018" :)
Solution
Which animal(s) did you choose as a visual and why?
Well. There is a list of our main characters. We have very special animals and we keep them in our own Red book :)
What culture or region does the animal stand for?
There are different animals from all around the world. Iliyas ( my son ) is huge fan of Nat Geo Wild and these drawing represent his view of the animal kingdom mixed with kid's imagination and fantasy.
What story does your design tell?
Well i think I told pretty much the story in the previous paragraphs :)
What style did you choose for your design and why?
We choose the drawings, scan them and edited them a little bit. Just to clean some paper bugs. But we tried to keep them close to the original.
Please make sure you have filled out your country of origin in your profile! It’s important that the regional Victorinox team understands the cultural background of your design.
Ok :)
Have you used any third-party material? Even if you’ve modified or combined it, please know that in this project no stock material is accepted. See “Guidelines, regulations & comments” (in the brief)
All images are created by my son and I have his permission to create this idea. We have agreement that if the idea is selected we share 50- 50 and he gets a puppy :)
To be featured on facebook as the Victorinox "Pick of the Day" please write a short statement about you (see more details in the brief).
I am not important. I am just a tool. The real creator is my son. Just like all the kids around the world he is full with energy and eager to learn new things. He loves so much Nat Geo Wild that I will not be surprised if one day he become an explorer :)
